If you have forgotten your secret PIN, you would need to re-install the software on your child's device which you own and have proper consent to monitor, just like the first installation. Refer back to your order email and follow the installation instructions exactly the same way as you did previously, with the exception of re-registering your account. Then, once PhoneSheriff is re-installed on the phone, simply enter your current user name and password and configure your new PIN.
